Small Projects - Handyman Services

The SoCal Group can handle all of your home maintenance needs. Simply call us toll free, or complete our online "Construction Project Details" form. Once we receive your inquiry, you will speak to a representative who will take down information on the location of your home, contact numbers, and the scope of work that needs to be completed. At that time we can work with you to schedule the most convenient date and time for the completion of your project.

We'll work together in one of two ways:

Time and Materials
On all jobs that will cost less than $500.00, we will do the work on a time-and-material basis. There is a minimum charge of $190.00 and that covers the first two hours of work. After the first two hours, the job is billed at $65.00 per man-hour.

Written Proposal
For all projects costing $500 or more will be covered by a written contract in lieu of a purchase order. All contracts are good for 60 days; after 60 days, we reserve the right to adjust pricing as needed. If a visit to the job site is needed to evaluate and provide a budget for the project there will be a fee of $55.00 for the visit. The $55.00 is non-refundable and will be applied to the down payment when work is accepted.

Installation of doors and windows.
Replacement of rotted lumber.
Roofing repairs.
All your "Honey Do" needs.
Many additional services available -just ask! We have even rotated mattresses!
